Montana Rejects Restrictions on the Free Exchange of Ideas

This week Montana became the second state to reject legislation
inspired by David Horowitz’s “Academic Bill of Restrictions.” HB 525,
the so-called “intellectual diversity” bill was defeated in a 57-43
vote Thursday. Montana students were instrumental in stopping the bill,
testifying overwhelmingly against restrictions on their education.
